What I Love About This Work: Art therapy in the hospital can be an amazing tool for self-expression and processing different feelings, and it can also be an incredible source of relaxation and distraction. Also, the process of making art fosters a community in our clinic where our kids and families get to show off who they are outside of why they’re here, and the impact they have on one another is tremendous and lasting support.
